about

Simultaneously influenced by late romantic long form composition and 80s hip hop/video game music, the music attempt to evoke something coming from a parallel universe.

This music is a companion to my first comic book release (date pending) about two thaumatists living in this parallel universe trying to figure out whether we need gods to survive, and/or how to become one yourself. Intriguing stuff.

All character names and song lyrics are taken from spam emails.

Recorded at my new home studio (low fi) and mixed with Eli Crews at the bunker in Brooklyn for an astounding 35 hours (for 17 minutes of music!) and mastered by the great Myles Boisen at Headless Buddha to polish it all up.

I hope you enjoy.

Lyrics:

Our pills can make, reality sweeter than the memories.
Welcome, welcome welcome.

He would hold his doubts in reserve.
The greatest precautions are in order.
